Job Description

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for marketing, communications, and event coordination? Ready to launch your career in a vibrant, purpose-driven environment? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing and Communications team in delivering impactful campaigns and memorable events.

About the Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly. From coordinating school events like Open Day and Discovery Day to managing communications and photography schedules, you’ll be at the heart of our storytelling and community relations efforts. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, and Synergetic.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with email campaigns, event registrations, and mailouts
  • Support major school events with logistics, materials, and supplier coordination
  • Manage photography bookings and image tagging using Pixevety
  • Help maintain our website and marketing collateral
  • Keep our branded merchandise stocked and organized
  • Contribute to a collaborative, values-driven team culture

  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
