Job Description
As a key member of the Preparatory School team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Preparatory School Office and the successful coordination of Music and Sport programs. Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative and reception support within the Preparatory School Office.
Support the delivery of Preparatory School Music and Sport programs.
Coordinate events, performances, concerts, sporting activities and community functions.
Prepare and distribute communications, notices and event information to parents and staff.
Manage bookings, schedules, records, permissions and program documentation.
Assist with student administration, attendance records and office operations.
Liaise with staff, students, parents and external service providers.
Provide administrative support for concerts, Prep Solos, the biennial Prep Musical and sporting events.
Desired Skills and Experience
The Preparatory School Administrative Assistant (Music & Sport) provides administrative and operational support across the Preparatory School, while supporting the successful delivery of Music and Sport programs.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a current Working with Children Check – Blue Card QLD.
